It's either this, or their opponent is enjoying Ibiza so much that they keep going back there!

Anyways @reginaldwinks the most relevant part of this article for you is probably this:

(Note also that all premium members enjoy "auto-timeout protection," meaning that their vacation (assuming they have any left) will be automatically enabled if they are at risk of losing any of their games on time.)

I used to play in tournaments on here. Then I got opponents who ran out the clock or went on multiple vacations in lost positions. There should be a limit to vacation time outs. But if they have the time saved, I believe they can go on and off for a month.

Generally a good sign that you've good a winning position grin.png

It is a bit rude.  In the middle of a game you decide to stop playing, but think it is fine to just not resign the game first.

So they showed up, lost their Queen and went back on vacation again.

This is what, two weeks now?  Why is this type of play allowed?

I am just going to wait for them to show up and lose or resign.  Then block them.

I am swing this type of behavior too, Reginald - it can be frustrating!

I went for a vacation ,and returned two weeks later ,and then I found out one of my daily games was resting on vacation time! it was auto-switched on because I'm a premium member but, imagine what would've happend without the vacation setting!

Opponent has 3 weeks vacation left...his profile says he was last online 9 days ago, so perhaps he is on a beach somewhere with a piña colada.

You could report them for stalling if you believe it’s really what is happening. Or, just do like many of us frustrated at times too, move on to another game and just wait it out. Enjoy life, sip some tea, study more lessons, or plan your next move to stomp ‘em good.

He's down to only one week remaining. It will soon be over.

Why are you even allowed to start a real time game when on "vacation" is beyond me.

The POS that I am playing against has 2 months vacation and he is playing multiple real time games a day.

His name is [name removed- jbf] if you want to send him messages that he is a sore loser.

Why should us premium members get reported if the vacation feature kicks in automatically? It's a nice feature cuz you might actually be boarding a plane or something.

How long has he been on vacation? I can't tell.

At any rate, I think you are overreacting. He is playing a lot of daily games and probably just needed a break from the need to constantly be making moves.
