Phot Album Problem..

Hello

 I was wondering if anybody else out there is having trouble with uploading photos to the Photo Album? My problem is as soon as I click on upload photos. I loose my connection to the Internet and chess.com.

I have several albums up so it is not a point of to many. Another friend on chess.com seems to have the same problem. I have asked chess.com staff to look at it but they could not come up with a solution though they tried. Any input would be great. Rolef

Just tried it and with success, no problems.

Hi you may check your photos format has in JPEG or JEG or particular formats. some of formats like ''Bitmap'' format photos could not upload here & also check your photos given name. otherwise put a different names & again try to upload here. And also check the photos size. some huge amount of MB size photos gives some problems. these the problem once i met here.

if above things were not working, try to upload from different computer & check what will happen. this may be your computer problem.
