My tips: take a break, maybe you are not concentrating enough. Since you play more after defeat, take a break after an eventual win. Play when your mind is working, not tired.Try to play longer time games.
When that happens to me, I also think about following simple tasks such as not blundering, see mates two moves ahead, simple pins. I don't focus on time control, but control of these few basic rules. Most important: not blundering-giving pieces away. Even if you lose, if you feel you have control of your game, it's actually feeling satisfying.
i hit 1200 on rapid a few days ago and all of a sudden i dropped to 1030, it just gets me more frustrated as I lose, thus leading me to play more games to get it back to then losing. Any tips to like "refresh" the brain, since i feel like my mindset has prevented me from my usual playstyle.
