Well we have a cunumdrum don't we! The OP--who is very smart-- has started a very positive, constructive thread. Without attempting to sound like an attack, she's only been here for 2 months. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I mention it to offset Hessish's comment about "banishing a couple of clowns". You know that comes with time and experience. She'll look at a lot of forums, threads, and posts. Generally, people play chess they way they post. They also drive the way they live. She'll see patterns. Certain names will keep coming up. The type of info the mods know, but the're not gonna tell us. I propose, we invite Staff and mods TO TELL US
what's wrong with the site? What is the most common behavior they can't stand? What tickets do they get the most of? Cheating
Name calling
Whining
about loss of time, loss of rating points, etc? Then if everyone pitches in, we'll have a much better site. If not, then as we go from 15 million members to 30 million, we'll have the same whining, the same nonsense threads, etc.
Please stop complaining about Chess.com

@ RonJC, that's a good idea to get Chess.com staff input! What problems do they get most of? What can we do to help?
Having been gone for nearly 5 years, I got a nostalgic rush from the forums, especially the endless complaining which was almost identical, word for word, to what I saw 5 years ago. I loved it. :D

Well it's my right to complain & so I will. Chess.com takes up too much of my time. Please make it less wonderful.
Remember, with great power comes great responsibility
