Not yet. Couple years back when we were first given the chance to categorize the problems, that was the whole idea. Don't know why it hasn't been implemented. Maybe the member categorization hasn't been that accurate?
It's also possible that there might be other tactics trainers with that feature. 
And of course there are all kinds of tactics courses on the Chess Mentor.
I would like to use the tactics trainer to practice specific techniques. At the moment this is endgame tactics but I would later like to use it to practice e.g. pins or en passant etc. Is there a way to refine the pool of puzzles presented to those with specific tags?
