Priority checks in declining challenges

When challenging an opponent the software first checks whether the "moves per day" setting matches the opponents setting and first after that checks whether or not the opponent accepts challenges. It would make more sense to first check whether or not the opponent accepts challenges at all.
Just a minor suggestion and not something that would end up remotely close to the top of any to-do list :)
