puzzle journey points disappear

I just completed a benchmark. something like 1500 extra hard puzzles. giving me a total point score of just over 248,000 I went to check on status of a game an upon returning to my puzzle journey my points have dropped down to 247,880. I really like the journey feature and have really gotten into solving puzzles. However playing a game that cheats you out of your points really upsets me. I'm not some Karen and yes there is much bigger things to worry about but chess is where I go to forget about the other problems and I shouldn't have to worry about an app that pay for ripping me off.

There is a bug report in on that and seems to mostly impact stopping after a benchmark I believe, though I think it's not something that always happens and hasn't been easy for staff to recreate to track down the root cause.

And again 248,461 down to 248,379. I'm never going to get to 1/4 mil. Martin thank you for responding to my post. I at least know 1 person read it

You'll get there. I know I've seen it happen a few times but don't normally pay that close attention.
