Puzzle stats stopped updating for some reason

My stats for the puzzle feature inexplicably stopped updating about a week ago even though I have done my daily allotment almost every day. I don't think I changed any settings or anything. Can anyone tell me why this might be?

It's a known issue and staff have a ticket in to resolve.

New results should be showing now. It's unknown at this point if anything between January 10th and today's update will get populated.
