It has changed for me-but I checked your profile, and it is correct yours haven't been changing. Why? All your games are "unrated" (view the game and check the details tab to confirm this). Perhaps you accidentally checked the "unrated" box when creating your seeks.
Since last night and until right now, the rankings always stay the same, win or lose.
Needs to be fixed.
