Reconnecting... Auto-resign

I'm having the same exact issue. Lost several games due to it. Definitely gotta be chess.com servers

The site has been experiencing very high server loads. Staff are actively working on optimizations and capacity increases to alleviate issues.

I'm having a weird issue every so often where it never ends the game. It disconnects and loops the auto resign animation

I'm having the same problem with disconnected games. Chess.com has to put a moratorium on new free memberships until it gets this volume problem is resolved.

This is a fu***** joke. I paying milion of coins for what? Premium accounts should have premium experience and premium support.

Everyone, please report for spamming anyone who is saying "Chess.com is working on it..." This is a lie. I don't believe the people saying it are necessarily lying, I believe they are being lied to by Chess.com, themselves. They've be QUOTE "Working on it" for the whole month and it's worse than ever. Maybe they got one intern who, in between getting bagles and coffee for the millionaire owners, spends 2 minutes a day "working on it" but there isn't one remotely competent programmer or server engineer "working" on it. Otherwise... I don't know..... we wouldn't still be dealing with server problems that were solved in the early freaking 1990s!
Thanks for all the losses Chess.com!

mkay but how about rating? you can have issues of course but don't charge rating loss if some game crashes due to this. What's the problem with this exactly? You can abort games without charging pts in case of server restart so technically you can hook this case aswell and make exact same workaround in no time

We don't know if this is a lie or not, but it clearly is shifting a vector of discussion by substitution of a subject, cheap trick. OP talks about rating but mods reply was mising that like if it is a part of the issue while its a separate one. They will get much less hate just by simply making game abort instead of loss.
