Resign / Time-out penalty?

I want to practice playing 30-minute games against real people on Chess.com, and I have a job that is very conducive to playing chess most of the time, but there will be times that I’ll need to abandon a game. (I estimate 1 out of 10 games) because I get called to an emergency. (Think firefighter.) I usually play Daily chess so I have 1-3 days to make a move, but I want to get accustomed to G30 games. If I have to quickly resign or abandon 1/10th of my games, will Chess.com flag my account? (I’m aware that I’ll lose those games and that it will affect my rating, and I’m okay with that. But I don’t want to have my account risk deletion because of me abandoning games. (I plan on resigning a game if I get called away, but sometimes it happens so suddenly that I may forget to resign. Also, I recognize that it’s impolite to the other player, so if it happens too often, I wouldn’t keep trying G30 games. But G10 is just too fast for me at this stage. I need 30 minutes. And Daily is just too slow.) Thoughts? Especially on etiquette and account harm.

I don't think you'll run into issues at that level. The rate that gets restricted isn't published anywhere.
