I guess its because of the game you won on time on 8 moves, but im not sure. You can try message the support.

Timed out games less than seven plies (three and a half moves) do not affect ratings but count in win loss stats.

Hi everyone, I have just finished my 4th corrispondence game. Out of the four, I've won two, lost by checkmate in one and in the last game I resigned. The "total games" says 3 games played. Is this because resigned games don't count?
I'd like to join the 16th chess.com tournament, but i don't think I'll be able to play another game in 10 days.
