To Vance917: first of all, not all chess.com members are rich enough to be sued - therefore, we'd have to enslave some of them for them to make up their debts, and there may be too much paperwork.
Second of all, this is not on topic!!! - we're referring specifically to banning people, not to suing their little asses off because they pretend to be doctors by naming themselves Dr_Doc_MD!!!
