Sticky Mickey (mouse)?

In the last few days on Chess.com when I tried to glide a piece, say B from f1 to b5, it stops at the first sq e2. I don't think it is my mouse because when I play on Fritz it is OK. Has anyone else had this problem and more importantly what can be done to rectify it?
