Is this achievement bugged? When I look at my archive, I have 12 completed team matches with more than 5 moves. That should do it, or am I missing something?
I looked at your team match games, and it looks like you have completed more than 10 games. But you have not completed 10 matches.
And how do I complete matches, when the other people complete their games? When that happens, will I receive the achievement?

What I am saying is that in each match, you play two games - one as white and one as black. So it seems that you have not participated in 10 matches yet.
Regarding if the whole match has to complete in order to receive credit, I cannot remember that detail.
