Messages sent to this site by members usually take a very long time, before they get answered if at all !
The backlog of these messages must be enormous, and I get the feeling that only those messages, that fall into certain categories are being answered , the rest are just surplus to requirements.

Woolly’s been waiting now for a week for a reply, which isn’t long at all, when you consider that some members have been waiting for months ! 🙀…….a very sad state of affairs indeed !

Btw some of our messages are not suggestions, but more urgent than that ! ……my messages is very urgent, cos I’ve mistakenly gifted a year diamond membership, instead of a gold membership. After filling in my card details, I forgot to choose the required monthly membership, and immediately pressed “ Send Gift “ ……..Woolly is not a happy cat right now ! 🙀

I find it very unsportsmanlike, that the site chooses to make it automatically a diamond membership in such case as I’ve just described, it would be a lot fairer if was the least valuable of the membership’s, and not the most expensive one.

I just hope that the site has the decency to rectify this situation for me , and if not then I shall not be gifting membership’s to members anymore .

If I don’t hear from the site by the beginning of July, I shall close my account for good. The way they are treating members, with regards to replying to their messages , is just bad manors on their part . No doubt I shall have to forfeit the cost of the diamond membership that I inadvertently sent to a friend , in stead of a gold membership. It’s taught me one thing though, never take anything at its face value .

Customer service everywhere has gone down the toilet since covid , 5 hours for an ambulance if it comes at all ,unable to  see a dentist or Doctor ,1.5 hours to get the car breakdown service to answer the phone it goes on maybe it's just England, but I doubt it .

Hate to think how hard Ukraine must have it .

Martin thanks for your reply to this situation. I’ve been waiting for a reply since the June 16 ….what’s worrying me is that I might end up paying for a diamond membership gift that was not intended. Soon I will be receiving my energy bill , and the money lost on that diamond membership gift that was inadvertently sent, is not going to help me pay this bill .

If you ask me , I think this site has been going down hill lately, with regards to customer service, it’s almost as if they don’t care about it anymore .

When you say "messages", what do you mean?

If you want help from customer service/ billing , you need to use the "Contact Us" form, and choose billing.
