Oh, I think I heard that the "Urgent Help" slot goes to the basement incinerator, but I could be wrong about that...


Customer service everywhere has gone down the toilet since covid , 5 hours for an ambulance if it comes at all ,unable to see a dentist or Doctor ,1.5 hours to get the car breakdown service to answer the phone it goes on maybe it's just England, but I doubt it .
Hate to think how hard Ukraine must have it .


I've asked about this. A week is a lot longer than normal.

When you say "messages", what do you mean?
