A lot of very naive ppls here. Nazis and fellow travelers go out of their way to pull stunts like this on and off line, then whine about their freeze peach or they were "only " asking questions/having a discussion, etc.
As a history buff, I was somewhat sympathetic to OP. Then we learn he thought a thumbnail of Hitler was a good idea.
No dude, just no. And if you need someone to explain why, then the mods made the right call.
Why is a small reference to Hitler bad? He did not praise him or even talk about what he did, just the game.

What does that have to do with literally anything? Hornet clearly earned top blogger and they took it away over literally nothing

That is true, chess.com is free to do whatever they want with bloggers. But they don't do it unless they have a good reason to. Again for the 500th time, @HornetCruise did not praise Hitler, we just talked about his game. So chess.com demoted Hornet because its controversial? We here with a goal to get chess.com to notice and to have them consider giving Hornet his title back.
I'm siding with Chess.com because its the right thing to do. I'm citing with Chess.com because if you yelll FIRE in a crowded movie theater, you could harm people.

I know that you may be much older then all of us, but Hornet took time on his blogs, he spent sweat, blood and tears, and he clearly deserved the title for his hard work. Its not that we want to be praised for everything we do, we praise Hornet for his hard work, I'm sure you appreciate hard work! And when chess.com demote Hornet because of a misunderstanding, many people will can't see his blogs, its not on the top of the blogs, where he deserved.

A true history buff would realize that us ignoring certain people and events in history is why USA is screwed right now.
