Two Crowns

Dear Chess Community,

I am practicing my chess on with computer opponents, and I find when I win I always get two crowns.  Could someone explain what the crowns are based on?

What would it take to get three crowns?

The crowns are based on how much help is available to you.  One crown is everything; 3 crowns is no help at all.

No help of any kind

Is there a better explanation than this? Can someone elaborate since I don’t know of any help that I received. Is there a setting?

If you haven't noticed the help, then you probably aren't using it and don't need it. The help (for 2 crowns) is in the form of engine suggestions at the top of the screen - whether a move is excellent or good or a blunder, and the horizontal bar showing white and black - more black means black is winning, more white means white is winning. When you choose to play a bot, you get to choose black or white or don't care. This is when you also choose how much help you want. As posted above, choose Challenge - No help of any kind. Then if you win, you get 3 crowns.

156iris156, thanks. I think I’m not able to change it on the ipad and browser. Maybe if I switch to the app?

156iris146, fixed it from the app. Thanks again!

I just found it from the browser too. At the very bottom, I can click the choose button and it will pop up. I never looked that far down and just started by moving a piece.
