the admins of groups are allowed/able to set up vote chess games against any other group on cc. Games can be set up in standard or any other opening (preset).
If you are wondering about non group vote chess games, as far as i know its only the admins of the set that can set that up, so start shouting for erik or else just give him a message.
Who is responsible for setting up the Vote Chess games? I would love to see a "Latvian gambit challenge"!
The Latvian seems to bring out a lot of passion and it might be good soil for a Vote Chess game.
