weekend level change

Hey, chess.com, do you just turn off fair play for the weekends? Or do 800 level blitz players and 1300 level rapid players just suddenly ALL turn into GMs on Saturday nights? Seriously, look into this. You guys talk about your statistical analysis like it can detect everyone cheating, but do you look at days and times? I’ve certainly noticed a pattern in my own experience where it’s just like a completely different game on the weekends. I’m doing ok, and improving and learning, getting win streaks, slowly climbing rating the whole week, the Saturday I just eat a dozen unbelievable losses and go right back to where I started. Something’s up, and it really needs to be addressed.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.
