15..Ra7 was made to capture that pawn. It did not help though - I kept seeing that pawn till end of the game.
That pawn does not show up if you view the game now.

I played this game recently and I kept seeing opponent's pawn in a position without opponent moving the pawn there. Pawn's position was a7 and I was playing as black. In fact I even moved to capture that pawn because it was scary close to being a queen. Image attached.
