Points are a measure of activity here on chess.com ... posting in a forum, writing an article, publishing a blog all add points ... it's a way to show have active you are in the chess.com community.

Hello all! I am new around here. It's a little hard navigating around the site (at least I think so) and I can't seem to find an explanation to what the "My Points" thing is in my home profile. Just wondering! Also, if you have any more pointers for a newbie like me, do share! Thank you!
