What are staffs doing?

It's for long time my main account muted for spamming (I guess that, the staff's message hadn't clearly said). Again I say that it's SO LONG TIME. I have been muted from Feb 11th and now it hasn't been expired. I sent many messages to chess.com staffs via bot, but it has never seemed to be replied in emails. Or they haven't been sent, or they have just been ignored like thousands of reply requests sent to staffs?

Honestly to say, my main didn't do anything harming to people. Never spam in forums. No cheat, sandbag. I just advertise. And never got a first-time warning before "endless" mute penalty. I am certainly the thing I made (maybe) was never serious such as political posts (someone did that and get just only 6 months muted), or the one spamming who got a bunch of reports without being restricted. Is it fair?

I write in helplessness. I need an answer. Please, that account is really meaningful to me. And it's not worth being muted like that.
