What do you do if you get a random friend request?

So what do you do? I'm interested in the results. As for me, I might accept or or not.

I check the rating. If he has a high rating, I accept. Otherwise, I decline.

well most of the time I have had zero interaction with the person, if I have I consider it.

I get friends request who just opened an account that day.  I often wonder if my name is given for newcomers.  Probably not although.

A lot of people I accept, but only for a short time usually, after being here as many years as I have you just get a feeling about people. I have stopped accepting group invites except from my longest of friends..

I figure if they really knew me, they wouldn't want to be my friend, so I just save them the trouble and decline.

I accepted a friend request from a guy I played once - then I went to look at his profile and people wrote a lot of nasty comments about him.  Didn't unfriend him though.

Sounds like he's sensitive.
