I don't know if Chess.com has gotten too big or if they have cut staff, but I feel like it is the Wild West of chess now. It is impossible to get in touch with a person for customer support. Players violate the TOS all of the time with impunity. I used to be refunded elo every few weeks because of cheaters, and I haven't been refunded anything in several months (and maybe twice in the last year). Does Chess.com not enforce its own rules anymore? I feel like they have given up on trying.
