I don't know how it's done, but that doesn't mean they can't take away posting privileges of those who do it.

Someone added encryption to their posts to defeat copy/paste.
Presumably you could take a photo of your laptop screen with your phone instead of trying to take a screenshot.
How would someone add encryption to a post, if all I can do is type here. Any outside machinations may well be worth the while of management to investigate.
