I've had Italian swearing at me and the person was banned. Sorry if you've had abuse and it hasn't been dealt with. The site could auto-translate all comments/posts/message from an account reported for abuse. Mods: can chess.com do that?

If you talk about the simplest filter detecting some undesired English words, well, it does not stop people from using these words

They should add confirm each move on website and arcade effect in mobile app.

Please consider making the 10+5 time control a standard option to select.

Ensure coach gives puzzle hints on the mobile app. It’s there on the web browser but not the mobile app??

Actually the most frustrating thing in Game Review is when it says that another move is better than my move, when it isn't. It shows a green arrow on its preferred move, but when I analyze it, it says it is an inaccuracy or worse. I've seen this multiple times and sometimes the move I played is better than its recommended move upon investigation. So, accurate analysis would be nice.

I would have a easier way to contact Chess.com. Maybe have a group of people on here that work for Chess.com and regularly have forums where they can help people. Because multiple times I have had a issue and could not get ahold of Chess.com for help.

#262 no, #JusticeforiOS.
And bro, this is crazy!!! @AndrewSmith, you just showed that you dislike this movement, which is unacceptable!

I would have changed the puzzle rating system so that it used something instead of traditional digits to display a user's rating. For example bananas. It would help users to feel the difference between chess rating and puzzle rating more clear. Also, when you change the puzzle rating system again you just move from bananas to, lets say, cucumbers. Since bananas are not cucumbers, there is no more questions like "Why did I lose my bananas?". I know, there would be questions like "I had bananas yesterday, why do I have cucumbers today?" but I think this case is easier to explain than sudden huge drop in traditional numbers

It's nice of you to ask, thanks. :-) I have three things. ;-)

1) I save each of my games in a library to analyse it and to comment on my moves. When I analyse, it would be nice if I could also comment on a move in review mode. Currently, I always have to switch to analysis mode, then comment, and then switch back to review mode.

2) Adding a game from the game history to a library on a mobile phone (web app, Chrome, S25+) is almost impossible. The gap in which the games scroll by is tiny. Could you change the design or perhaps make the libraries available in the app as well?

3) As a flair, I would love the smiley with the cowboy hat! 🤠

Best regards, BS

I would make it so that the magically GM level 12 and 13 hundreds who only play on Friday and Saturday (I don’t know how they do it 🤷‍♂️) would get automatically directed to a completely segregated separate version of the website. That way they could compete amongst themselves with whatever game that they are playing, and the weekend could still be a viable option for us honest human being chess players to keep playing and not automatically lose 150 or 200 rating points just because it’s the weekend and these mysterious genius players are online.

Sorry for the sarcasm, but I do have my suspicions. I do pretty well throughout the week and then every weekend I get set back by suspiciously strong play at my level. They wouldn’t even have to know, and you’d only have to run a separate ladder on the weekend. Let the incredibly talented (how DO they do it?) weekend warriors fight it out amongst themselves, and give us regulars a chance to enjoy the same game we play during the week. Because honestly, right now it feels like I have no choice but to take the entire weekend off from chess.com or else I’ll be stuck at the same ELO forever, continuously losing all my gains from the week when the weekend Warriors show up and play surprisingly well compared to the people that are online all week. And hey, if they really are honestly just better, they’d probably prefer not to waste their time on easy wins against us everyday plebs, right? It’s a win-win 😉

I am sorry if you are having a bad day.

However, if you look at your own rating graph for ratings over the last 90 days, you can see that there is no weekend effect.

I've noticed this as well. The arrows don't always point to the best move according to the Analysis. But of course the analysis changes as Stalkfish dives deeper and the arrows will switch. Even so, I've set depth to 30 and waited FOREVER and arrows STILL suggest lower-point move.

I've been investigating it to pin it down but keep getting side-tracked in playing and other wonderful discoveries! Thanks for mentioning it.

ADDED: Not that I pay attention to the numbers <blush> Columbo :-)

Yo, AndrewSmith?! Why did you edit it? I was saying this:

Make iOS and Android equal. What's wrong with this?! 🤨

I just saw this. Yea, how is saying "Make iOS and Android" not allowed? 😤 #JusticeForFet!!!!!

So, whats wrong with saying it

Don't add or remove things when quoting someone

I didn't know this!! Is this a chess.com rule? I thought I've read everything about rules and I don't recall seeing this! Thank you for bringing it up!
