Have a bad thing in chess.com for you, and what?

Im always win against gm_Joquim

few demerits of chess.com are -

1) too many fake ID's (catfishers)

2) Actions not taken on reports

3) site lag issues and errors like 500/502 etc.

there are more but these are few that came to my mind right now

Heavy chess framework => connection problems

Servers availability => they are often overloaded

Small support staff hidden by useless AI Agent => long time to reply and to react

3rd point is actually a serious problem , also actions are not taken on reports thats what demoralizes people

When people don't shower or touch grass
