What's the reason I don't get very much ELO at every win?

Hi! Do other players also experience that the more often you win, the less ELO you get at every win? Or is the reason that I mate most people using tricks like the Wayward Queen Attack (I'm not good at mating without a queen you can see if you see some of my more recent games hehe.) I'm really wondering where the + ELO is based on now wink

Yes, the actual moves you play make no difference in how many rating points you get for a win or lose for a loss.

What matters is the difference between your rating and the rating for your opponent AND statistical measures that estimate how likely the two ratings are to be accurate.

If you play 20 games a day, your rating is likely to be very accurate whereas if you are just starting, no one knows how accurate it is.

Typical elo gain for beating someone near your level is 7 to 8 points. It looks like you have been fairly compensated, dramatic increases only occur when you are just starting and have played very few games. You may be noticing the Wayward Queen gets you less points because it only works on very low rated players. At 300 elo if you beat a 100 or 200 you only get a few points, but beating a stronger player can get you up to 15 points for one win.  Maybe try some different openings if you want to move higher.
