Yes, the actual moves you play make no difference in how many rating points you get for a win or lose for a loss.
What matters is the difference between your rating and the rating for your opponent AND statistical measures that estimate how likely the two ratings are to be accurate.
If you play 20 games a day, your rating is likely to be very accurate whereas if you are just starting, no one knows how accurate it is.
Hi! Do other players also experience that the more often you win, the less ELO you get at every win? Or is the reason that I mate most people using tricks like the Wayward Queen Attack (I'm not good at mating without a queen you can see if you see some of my more recent games hehe.) I'm really wondering where the + ELO is based on now
