Which Pfps are not allowed?

Besides the obviously banned ones, what other types of pfps are not allowed? For example, are pfps of Genghis Khan or Stalin permitted? (You get where I'm going with this.)

There is no list. I have seen Stalin removed many times. I am sure there are still some out there.
I don't know about Genghis Khan. I think he is not so readily identifiable from a picture and most people know little about him.

“Pictures mocking or impersonating another Chess.com member.” Was this a problem? Or is it just in case?
