The other site has hugely inflated ratings. My bullet rating there is over 400 points higher than here! This site also tends to have higher ratings than FIDE (Narodisky isn´t a 3000+ rated FIDE player for example).

Ofcourse online ratings are inflated as players of all levels play here but only a bit strong players have FIDE ratings.

calm down risshabh  your level is 1050 fide

Please dont say me that. Ofcourse I play better than 1050 FIDE, my online rating is less but its increasing rapidly. As when I started I was beiginner and my rating was less so it takes time to increase.

AND I THINK PERSONAL CHAT IS A BETTER WAY TO SAY THAT.

The other site has less experienced players with more theory. So if you know your theory you perform better against them and get a higher rating there than here. If you don't know your theory they get an advantage out of the opening and you end up struggling so you get a lower rating there than here. This really shows up in bullet chess. For example, chess.com has lots of bullet players who understand bullet moves whereas the other site doesn't. Therefore it's particularly difficult to consistently beat experienced chess.com bullet players, there's an element of randomness where you gamble on a pre-move, they see it coming, and trick you. You just don't get as much of that on the other site, it's much less fun. I've found it very easy to get a (relatively) high bullet rating on the other site but hover around 1850 here on chess.com.

The point I'm trying to make (admittedly in a fairly round-about way) is that different sites will attract different kinds of people with different strengths and weaknesses so the ratings on those different sites will not be comparable with each other or with FIDE's ratings.

In short, I agree with all the people who have already said that you can't usefully compare ratings between sites.
