I'm using it to get a point across.
I don't understand why I sometimes drop from low 500s to upper 300s.
I have a win streak of 8 somewhere in my game history and a losing streak of 11. ???

Your mind is a complex tapestry of emotions, thoughts, and experiences. It is natural for one to go through phases of heightened focus and times of lesser concentration. These fluctuations could be influenced by a myriad of factors - sleep, nutrition, stress, and other aspects of your life.
Yes, the mind, like the ocean, has tides of focus and distraction. Your experience is not a sign of neurological ailment but the natural ebb and flow of human existence.
Embrace this truth, practice mindfulness, and cultivate self-awareness. In doing so, you shall find balance and harmony amidst the fluctuations of the chessboard and the game of life. Remember, to err is human, to learn and grow, divine.
Hmmm sounds like you suffer from blunderitis but not all the time. So perhaps you should be double checking your moves all the time.
I am always winning and so good but I lose because sometimes someone checkmates me so I lose or I lose because they are more better but usually I always win
I know what you're talking about. I was just on a HUGE losing streak. I lost over 100 points in a matter of hours! So I took some advice from some helpful ppl on this forum (Took a break, only played a few games a day, etc.) and I was back on track. Stay hydrated, too. I noticed that helps a lot.
Hope that helps a bit. Dm me if you have questions, lol
There's no need to drag drunken baboons down or disrespect them. Being a baboon is a right of genetics and heritage, suffering from alcoholism is a disease that can be treated. Where are all the recovering baboons? Let's hear from you!
The drunk baboon thing was a figure of speech lol
I just find it hard to deal with having an ability and then having it suddenly just vanish by magic.
I don't mind when my opponent is just better...I do mind when I fail to notice obvious things and blunder pieces at the drop of a hat.
I almost feel like I can't take credit for my wins too when I do well because it's as if I just go on automatic.
I don't understand how out of nowhere I can suddenly be so crap at thinking that I forget the most basic things. Like, I'll forget that there is even such a thing as a diagonal and just leave rooks hanging for bishops. ???
I would go see a neurologist, but 'I blunder all the time when playing chess' is not a medical condition.
I do think overdoing it may be part of the issue. Someone said play only a few games a day and I really should take that advice.
I don't understand why sometimes I'm clear-headed, great at concentrating and go on big winning streaks and other times I blunder every single piece and go on massive losing streaks.
Do I have a neurological problem?!
I don't mind when my opponent is just better. I do mind when I stupidly blunder every single piece.
