why are all games downloaded with timestamps?

now when I download my games in pgn format, every move has the timestamp as a comment. I do not have the tiny clock checked at the top of the list. This is annoying because every game has a comment on every move. I do not want this.

Looks like starting today, 3/15/2024, the games no longer have timestamps on each move.
