There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to castle here; that's very strange.
Why can't I castle here?

Chess.com will not enable me to castle either king or queen side and I don't know why.
I have not moved king or either rook. I'm not in check or castling through check.
I'm assuming I'm missing something ,rather than there being a bug in the software, so maybe somebody can explain what I'm missing.
Note: this is a live game so please don't comment on whether I SHOULD castle. I'm only wondering why I don't seem able to.
