While I agree with the title, this is clearly an AI audio fake, and it's posted in a video to try to get around the naming and shaming rule. The account is also fake at least in the sense that the avatar is not her/him, and hypocritically is designed for suckering in less-than-intelligent guys...to the tune of almost 1,800 "friends".
