No win ratio, but maybe time out ratio, if you timed out to much games you cant host a tournament

Yea I resigned all my daily games to get another achievement that I needed. Is that the reason why I can't start tournaments? All I need to do is win some daily games and that's it?

I got it, but I resigned my games after so I don't have like 20 games going on at the same time. Resigning was a mistake...
I need to complete 2 ez achievements by creating 10 daily tournaments, but it's giving me this error. Idk if I need to have a win on the daily mode or what cuz I don't, but I definitely have over 10% win rate on other things. I don't even know from what is that win ratio that I need.
