A happy ending

I am new to chess.com and wanted to share a nice endgame I had. My game is improving dramaticly since joining and I have recently broken into the 1600s. Before joining I certainly could not have come up with this combination.

How did it continue? It's not mate yet... I want to see how it ends!

Sorry, geez. You're totally right. I'm such a freaking patzer, I tell you. I hate that I love chess, but for some reason seem to be awful at it.
Yup, Ke7 Qf7# would be the final moves. I only posted until here because my opponent resigned. Thanks for your comments!
Thats a good find. And black would have had mating threats from there. I guess I was banking on my opponents greed for the free knight.
Tecnically, this is a middlegame victory, but nice nontheless!
Is anyone still on here? Or even on chess.com?
