I had this one on another site in a rapid game some while ago. The match-ups of players aren't rated on this site, so you never know what kind of opposition you're going to get. As they say, you can only beat what's put in front of you. In this case I can only account for my opponent's play in terms of a dogged desperation to hold onto that extra pawn in the QGA. Those of you who like puzzles, can stop the action at black's 8th move and guess my decisive 9th move. (I'm white here.)
