Black to move - what result?

The position below could have arisen in one of my OTB games. How should the game end?

Black wins.

How?

Sorry.

What I meant to say was    "Black wins?"

( On further investigation:  It's a draw.)

Yes. 1...g5 is Black's best try.

2. fxg5? f4 wins for Black, but (as pfren pointed out) 2. e6! holds the draw.

So 2., fxg5 f4 is a draw as well?

In that case, I'm very glad I avoided this pawn endgame.

I stayed in a same-coloured (black-squared) bishop endgame instead. That was also completely drawn but my opponent found a way to lose it.

"If you play out the games, funny things will happen. Fisher knew that" I don't know who said it, but it's definetly true.

Which way are black's pawns going?

Duh. White wins. Zugzwang.
