He wouldn't need more than five minutes to solve it- and experienced solvers, like John Nunn and Pauli Perkonoja would spend no more than a couple of minutes.

The topic says everything.. mate in 60 (white to play)
This puzzle was devised by Dr. Karl Fabel and published in 1949 in "T.R.D. 's Diamond Jubilee" issue of Fairy Chess Review but the problem is that i really cant find a solution for this riddle.. Can someone help me??
