I was studying some endgames online and I remembered when I studied an endgame in which rook and 1 pawn vs queen was actually a draw but engine showed that black can win. I can't remember the right position and name .can You tell me if this position is a draw and name of the endgame In this I

Indeed, there is no zugzwang here. I only added it to indicate that it is not enough to have an impenetrable fortress - you must also be able to maintain it when forced to move. There are similar positions with the same material where that proves a fatal weakness in the "fortress". I don't remember one currently but I've seen them 50 years ago!

It is still a draw if the black king is beyond white's 3rd rank, but the pawn MUST be on it's starting square. If you move everything in that position one square up black wins cuz the queen has more space to get behind the pawn and drive the defending king away.

For,example, even with queen side having a pawn on the b file the position you gave is a draw. With the queen having a pawn in that position it is a draw as long as the black king is beyond white's third rank. If it is below the queen wins. Put it in a tablebase to find out how.

Moving everything in your position one square up results in a win for the queen.
