Is this a draw?

I recently played a game i think the ending is very drawish but i made a lot of mistakes.

Just looking for a second opinion. Can this be drawn or is it definitely a win for black?

Looks like a draw. The black rook can't win alone and if the king tries to help, it has to break in somehow on the flanks and let white's passed pawn get rolling.

Please show whatever analysis you made to show a win for black.

Who is on the move?Idea for black is Tg4-f3-Td4 and d5 pawnee is lost.I believe that black can winn it!

It's white's move.

No, just by looking at the diagram, I see black's king invading white's king's side by staying on the black squares...

It's white's move.

The threat of 1...Rg4 means White has to play either Kf3 or Be2.  After 1. Be2 Kd8 White is in Zugzwang with the bishop covering g4 and b5 and the king covering d4. After 1. Kf3 Kd8 White is in Zugzwang with the bishop covering b5 and having to be able to go to e3 after Rd4 and the king having to cover g4.

Not seeing it.

After 1. Kf3 g4+! 2. Ke3 Kd8! and now white is really is in zugzwang.  If the king moves 3. ..Rd4 wins the d-pawn, so now 3. Be2 Rb2 4. Bd3 Rg2! 5. Kf4 Rd2! 6. Be4 Rd4! 7. Kf5 Rb4 8. Bd3 Rb3! 9. Be2 Rxg3 10. Bxg4 Rg2! and now white will lose either the b- or d-pawn.  Unless there's another defense I'm not seeing, it looks like black wins.
