King, rook, and pawn endgames

Hey everyone, I was just thinking about starting a thread about king, rook, and pawn endgames.  I'm not very good at endgames that heavily involve pawns, so I thought that maybe some of you could post some examples here.  I'm sorry, but I don't really have a specific position that I can point out.  I would just like some general advice on rook and pawn endgames.  Maybe other members could look at the examples as well.
