Hello all. Is there a name for this kind of king safety? I would like to find out some of the advantages and disadvantages of having this setup and playing against it. Currently, I'm reading Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess and it focuses a lot of checkmating against opponents who have 3 pawns in a row (row 2 or 7), but not this setup.

Hmm. Yes, that is a castled king and the bishop is fiachettoed.

I can't recall if "Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess" covered it but a search for fianchetto will pull up some useful info.

There are a lot of mating patterns around the weakness of the f3 and h3 squares.  Get rid of white's bishop, and then place black's bishop or pawn on one of those, and it's practically game over if the queen can get to the other.

So, would you recommend it's better to have 3 pawns in a row on row 2, instead?

As long as white doesn't trade off his bishop, it's really hard to mate him in this pattern.  Once the bishop is gone, it's really hard for white to mount a good defense.

So once you commit to moving the knight pawn, you also commit to keeping your bishop as white for as long as black has the queen and same-colored bishop.  (That's an over-simplification, but it's a good rule of thumb to remember.)
