Queen vs Rook tips

Post tips(and games) for queen vs rook endgame. I've tried learning it but it is pretty hard.

Study the Philidor position and other positions as such, try and play against a real human to start out because engine defense is ridiculous, Practice positions such as the third rank defense and the general Idea of zugzwang, make sure to look for stalemate traps and remember the “triangle technique,” this is when you give 3 checks in a row, reaching the exact position you started out with the defending side to play.

Try to separate the King and his Rook by zugzwanging them near the side of the board. If you can do that, you should be able to force a fork with a queen.

Vice Versa if you have the rook. Try to keep your king and rook close together if you have the king an rook. It is harder for the opponent's queen to fork u that way.

Also stalemate. Watch out for that too.

tip: make the king far from his queen then try to skewer the king with the rook
