White does have a win that I never would have found, but the Nalimov endgame table base shows: 1. Nb6+ Kb8  2. Rc3 b1=Q  3. Nd7+ Ka8 (Ka7 loses in the same number of moves, and Kb7 loses 1 move sooner) 4. Ra3+ Kb7  5. Rb3+ Qxb3  6. Nc5+ and the rest is simple.

yeah I had look at the engine to find the win as well... Rc3 looks insane
