Win at all costs

This nice study is short and illustrates a big theme of many endings, promote the pawn at all costs. Here the question is, how to do that?

It's a nice study. Note that, to win, you would have to be able to win the Q vs R ending... no easy feet against a good opponent if you haven't studied it.  ;)

After Rc4 in the final position how should white continue?

The solution is incomplete because the solution does not contain analysis to cover another rook move.

What is missing is 1.e7 Rb8 2.Ra6+ K-any 3.Rb6+ Rxb6 4.e8=Q

That line was covered. It is in the move list if you look back at the study.
