The less stuff on the board, the better 2 rooks become. The solo queen is far less deadly than the queen with ANY kind of backup. Two rooks and a bishop vs a queen and a bishop or a queen and a knight, the queen is still very potent. Two rooks vs a queen and nothing else but a pawn or two, the rooks have the advantage.

Many a times I have sacrificed 2 rooks for a queen. Sometimes it was worth it and sometimes not. What's better and should I do it?
