Yeah that’s a very common phenomenon. The power of suggestion it seems!

Marcyful

I've been experiencing a similar issue when I got active on the "other" popular chess site. There I just played blitz and bullet with a few rapid games. But nowadays, I couldn't bring myself to even play 10 minute and longer time controls no matter how hard I tried. My calculations have become lazy efforts to find natural good-looking moves and my attacks got more and more careless as time went by.

Force yourself to look for tactics at every move, check you are not blundering any pieces or pawns, and calculate at least 3 moves ahead in a critical position(e.g when your opponent is threatening to win a piece/checkmate you). Also be aware of how much time you have left after each move.
