Yes you are, rating-wise. Also I highly doubt you would beat a real person who has 2000. Bots are just programmed to do certain moves and have no pride or fighting instinct. They also can't really throw in a surprise move or a trap if it means a bad move.
I too was able to beat 1600 bots regularly, but real persons from 1000+ onwards are scary to play against for me.
